Leaders overlook or unknowingly accept persistent challenges as part of the norm. These issues can feel like background noise - familiar and unchangeable - rather than opportunities for improvement.
I specialize in evaluating systems—broadly defined, not just technology—and identifying these hidden, solvable challenges. I look for the weaknesses and contradictions in our clients systems, and find permanent fixes.
Some important problems have easy solutions. Even solving a less important problem frees up resources that can be applied to more important problems. Those resources include management time, energy and attention, and that of frontline employees as well. Solve enough small problems and sometimes big ones go away.
The outcome? Greater management clarity, increased profits, and more reliable long-term planning.
